Future Plans
This organization looks after the conflict affected children extremely poor children, street children and orphaned children without any discrimination based on cast, color, sex or any other social factors.
Even though, the objective of this organization is to look after all deprived children, only children of age range from 4 Years to 8 Years will provided with the facilities.
The future plans of this organization are as follows:-
a) The children who are in the priority list i.e., extremely poor, children who have lost their parents in the conflict, orphaned children, street children get shelter, food, medical facilities, education, security, basic entertainment and opportunities to prepare the children to face life.

b) To provide quality education and other basic facilities, different National and International NGOs and individual will be approached for donations.

c) The donations so obtained will be managed properly and transparency of record is maintained.

d) Every year 10 children from priority groups will be given opportunity into the organization.

e) A childcare center will be opened within next 2 years for children who are infant to children aged 4 years. Vocational training will also be provided to children who are 12-19 years. The children who are 8-12 years will be given the same facility as the children in the home now.

f) The children will be given education till 10+2 level from the same program and 25% of the outstanding children will be sent for higher studies by establishing relationship with universities, NGOs, and INGOs.

g) The children without parental property and parents will not be made to leave the home after the completion of 10+2 level, vocational trainings will be provided to such children so that they can make a living and sustain themselves.

h) The organization will raise a fund to help the deprived children who have not got opportunity in the home and the expenses for school fees, dress, stationery and books will be met to facilitate them for good education.

i) This organization will carry out the programs as laid down in the objectives by taking help from other social organizations and individuals and this kind of help is required for the next 25 years. After 25 years, the following types of sources of income will be established to run the social programs giving continuity.

i) Organization membership fee.

ii) From selling the products made during the vocational training by the children.

iii) Donation Collection.

iv) From the deduction of salary of the staff working in the organization (7.5% to 10%)

v) From the persons who are vocationally trained by the organization (25% of his/her income)

vi) From the people who are educated by the organition and are earning an income (25% of his/her income).

Vii) From income generating activities carried out by the organization.
Note:
All the person who has been helped by the organization will become the general member of the organization according the constitution of the organization when they reach the eligible age. But those who do not want to take the membership of the organization will not be enforced.
